1. The service

PixBulk provides free, browser-based image processing tools that operate entirely on your device. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high reliability, but you should keep originals of any important files — as with any software, bugs are possible.

2. Acceptable use

• Process only files you own or have permission to modify.
• Do not use the watermark remover or object remover to infringe copyright — removing watermarks from stock photos you haven't licensed is illegal in most jurisdictions.
• Do not attempt to use the service to create unlawful content, including non-consensual imagery or forged documents.

3. Intellectual property

Your files remain yours — we never gain any license to them because we never receive them. The PixBulk name, design and code remain the property of the project.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixBulk is not liable for any damages, data loss or business interruption arising from use of the service. Process a test file first when working on critical material; that's good practice with any tool.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
